01 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and batpk ("batpk", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://batpk.bet and its associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and applications (collectively, the "Platform").

02 Eligibility & Registration

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. batpk reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close accounts where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The batpk Platform is primarily intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. batpk makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is not permitted.

2.3 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on batpk, you must register and maintain a valid player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

One (1) account per person is permitted. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual, household, or device is a violation of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of balances and permanent account closure. batpk employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate registrations.

2.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

batpk is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals or in cases where suspicious activity is detected. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS/UMID card, PhilSys ID)
• Proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, barangay certificate dated within 90 days)

• Selfie with government ID upon request

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by batpk support may result in temporary account restriction until verification is complete.

03 Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your batpk account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances. batpk will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login information.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must contact batpk support immediately. We will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receipt of a valid notification.

All bets, deposits, and withdrawals made using your account credentials are deemed to have been made by you. batpk is not liable for losses resulting from account sharing or failure to log out on shared devices.

batpk accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any funds, winnings, or bonuses within it to another person.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

batpk accepts deposits in Philippine Pesos (₱) via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI Online Banking, BDO Internet Banking, Metrobank Online, and supported cryptocurrency wallets. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and will be displayed at the point of transaction. Deposits made using payment methods not registered in your name may be rejected, and the funds returned to the originating source.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the completion of KYC verification and compliance with these Terms. batpk targets processing of GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within thirty (30) minutes during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution. Processing times are targets and not guaranteed service levels.

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposit on the same account, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements. batpk reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the batpk Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (₱ PHP). No currency conversion fees are applied by batpk on PHP transactions. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing rate at the time of confirmation.

4.4 Transaction Limits

Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply per payment method and account tier. These limits are displayed within your account dashboard and may be updated from time to time. Players who have activated responsible gaming deposit limits are subject to those limits regardless of the standard transaction limits.

05 Gameplay Rules

Each game and betting product available on batpk is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface or product page. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

batpk uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for applicable games. Live dealer games are conducted by human dealers via real-time video stream. The outcome of all games is final once confirmed by the system, except where a clear and verifiable technical error has occurred.

In the event of a disconnection during gameplay, bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the system prior to disconnection remain valid. batpk is not liable for interruptions caused by your internet service provider or device.

If a technical malfunction causes a game to be voided, any stakes placed will be returned to your account. batpk reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a system error or abuse is detected.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

All promotions are subject to specific terms that include, but are not limited to, wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, and expiry dates. These promotion-specific terms are published alongside each offer and form part of these Terms.

General bonus rules applicable to all batpk promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to verified players with accounts in good standing only.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, household, device, or IP address.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.

Attempting to exploit, manipulate, or abuse any batpk bonus or promotion — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or artificial wagering patterns — is a violation of these Terms and will result in cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of related winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the batpk Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with any part of the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such instances must be reported to batpk support immediately.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating in multiplayer games or sports betting markets.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the Platform's software or content.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing batpk staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or any proceeds of crime.

batpk cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Where prohibited conduct involving criminal activity is detected, account information and transaction records may be disclosed to the appropriate Philippine authorities or international regulatory bodies as required by law.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the batpk Platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, user interface designs, logos, trademarks, text, audio, and video content — is the intellectual property of batpk or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the Platform's content.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use the batpk name, logo, or trademarks without prior written consent.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on another website or application.

Any unauthorized use of batpk's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by batpk.

09 Privacy & Data

batpk collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. By registering on the batpk Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes, but is not limited to, identity verification data, transaction records, gameplay history, and communication logs, which may be retained for the periods required by applicable law and regulatory obligations.

batpk will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with service providers who assist in the operation of the Platform — including payment processors, KYC verification services, and fraud prevention tools — under strict data processing agreements.

10 Responsible Gaming

batpk is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to providing tools that help players maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered players:

11 Limitation of Liability

batpk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, arising from your use of the Platform, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if batpk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Without limiting the foregoing, batpk is not liable for:

• Interruptions or unavailability of the Platform caused by internet outages, maintenance, or force majeure events.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to protect your credentials.
• Decisions made by you in reliance on information displayed on the Platform that contains typographical errors or technical inaccuracies, subject to batpk's obligation to correct known errors promptly.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, including GCash, PayMaya, or banking institutions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits batpk's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Suspension & Termination

batpk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Chargebacks initiated against batpk by the player's payment provider.
• Detection of duplicate accounts registered by the same individual.
• Regulatory direction or court order requiring account restriction.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any funds in the account will be held and not disbursed until the investigation is concluded. Where a breach is confirmed, batpk reserves the right to forfeit account balances including any bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct.

You may close your account at any time by contacting batpk support. Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not meeting withdrawal conditions) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.

13 Disputes & Complaints

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the batpk Platform, you should first contact batpk customer support through the live chat function or by emailing [email protected] (note: this address is for reference only and is not a clickable link). Please include your registered username, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting evidence.

batpk aims to acknowledge all complaints within forty-eight (48) hours and to resolve them within fourteen (14) business days. Complex cases involving transaction disputes or gameplay reviews may require additional time, and you will be kept informed of progress.

All dispute decisions are made in good faith based on batpk's records, which are considered conclusive evidence of all transactions and gameplay activity unless a demonstrable technical error can be shown. Game outcome decisions are final once confirmed by the system.

If a complaint cannot be resolved through batpk's internal process, you may escalate the matter through the appropriate dispute resolution channels available under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulatory procedures.

14 Amendments

batpk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, batpk will notify registered players via the email address on their account or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will display a revised effective date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the batpk Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. batpk recommends bookmarking this page and checking it whenever you receive a notification of changes.

15 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be settled through batpk's internal complaints process. Nothing in this clause prevents batpk from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and batpk in relation to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
